The birth of The Afro Fairy Goddess!
Hey Everyone, welcome to the website!
We still have some things going on at the moment haha
Firstly, if you are meeting me for the first time, my name is Zingha, but I’m better known as The Afro Fairy Goddess! I have been doing a podcast now for about two years I think… and I have been trying to learn more about the side of me that touches with African Spirituality.
It has not been easy trying to get the podcast up and running. Most would think it was due to the tech side - ah newp! It was more about putting myself in the spotlight! When it comes to showcasing your pride and heritage as an African descendant it’s already hard - then you add in metaphysics, paganism - IFA into it and then you placed in a certain box and ostracized for your beliefs. It’s been a hard road for me to be a practitioner. I'm not gonna lie, but those connections have been so rewarding that it keeps me going!
I’ve done many things, Tarot readings, Candle Prayer Magick, Rune Readings, made potions and elixirs and I have to say that all my clients, - now friends; are actually the ones who keep nudging me to put myself out there so to guys, I thank you for this!
As for the site itself, I am hope-filled that this becomes a really good home for all who are a part of the The Afro Fairy Goddess Family. I have no idea where this Fairy Door leads, but I am super excited to find out where my ancestral connections carry me next in this earthly journey!
